The clock starts once payment, your complete brief, your content and any required access have all been received. If we're waiting on feedback or approval from you, the timeline pauses until it arrives.

Yes. You provide the page copy and the images you want to use, through a guided brief. We optimise and place them. Substantial copywriting, photography and new brand assets are quoted separately.

Yes. Website care is monthly with no minimum term, so you can cancel with notice and it stops at the end of the current billing period. Unused time doesn't roll over.

Your website needs somewhere to live. If you cancel hosting you'll need to arrange another compatible host to keep the site online. We'll explain the migration options and can help with the move.

You do. The domain is registered in your name as registrant, and renewals and transfers are explained clearly before anything is purchased.

You receive agreed rights to the paid-for project work we deliver for you. Third-party assets, software, fonts and platform access remain subject to their own licences. Where the platform we use doesn't provide unrestricted source-code export, we'll say so before you buy.

Yes. Paid third-party tools, premium plugins, booking platforms and stock assets are separate and are always confirmed with you before purchase.

When we send your first homepage design, you have 7 calendar days to review it. If it isn't the right fit, request a refund of the £199 design fee before requesting revisions or approving further development. Refunded design work isn't licensed for use. Statutory rights are unaffected.
