Review your website
We design and build it, with two consolidated revision rounds included.
Approve and launch
Approve your website and we'll help get it live on your hosting.
Your 7-working-day delivery window starts once payment, your complete brief, content and required access are received. Waiting for customer feedback or approval pauses the timeline.
What starts the 7-working-day clock
- Payment received, or a confirmed reservation that we've agreed in writing.
- A complete brief: business description, audience, style, colours and page names.
- Your logo, images and page copy for every page.
- Any access needed for an existing booking service or domain connection.
We count UK working days and exclude bank holidays. If we're waiting on you for feedback or approval, the clock pauses until it arrives. The countdown never starts at checkout.
What we need from you
- Your logo, or a clear instruction if you don't have one yet.
- Images you own or have permission to use.
- Copy for each of your pages, in any format you like.
- Contact details, social links and any booking link.
- For access, we use secure sharing rather than asking for passwords by email or in an ordinary form.
