Terms of service
Version 1.0 · Effective 31 October 2026
The terms that apply when you order a website, hosting or website care from MadePossible Agency.
1. Who we are
MadePossible Agency designs and builds websites for businesses. When you place an order with us, these terms form the agreement between you and MadePossible Agency.
2. The service
Our standard package covers a business or brochure website of up to five pages, as described on the £199 Website page. Anything outside that description is quoted separately in writing before work starts.
Online shops, custom applications, memberships, advanced integrations, substantial copywriting and additional pages are not part of the £199 package.
3. Orders and payment
The £199 design fee is payable once, in advance, before design work begins. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed. If a payment fails, no order is created and no work begins.
4. Recurring services
Hosting and website care are optional monthly services. Their prices, what they include and when billing begins are shown before you choose them, and again at checkout.
For hosted packages, the first monthly payment is taken when hosting is activated rather than at checkout. Monthly services have no minimum term.
5. Domains
You are the registrant of any domain we register for you. Renewal and transfer arrangements are explained before purchase. We request availability with our registrar and confirm it with you before buying anything.
Any non-refundable domain purchase is disclosed separately before you authorise it.
6. Delivery and timelines
Delivery is estimated at seven UK working days from the later of: confirmed payment, a complete brief, all content and assets, and any access we need. UK bank holidays are excluded.
If we are waiting for feedback, content or approval from you, the timeline pauses until it arrives.
7. Revisions
Two consolidated revision rounds are included. One round is one list of changes submitted together within the agreed brief. Further rounds, or work outside the agreed brief, are quoted before starting.
8. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own or have permission to use every logo, image and piece of text you supply, and that the content is accurate and lawful. You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, claims and contact details published on your website.
9. Ownership and licences
On payment in full, you receive the agreed rights to the project work we deliver for you. Third-party assets, fonts, software and platform access remain subject to their own licences.
Where the platform we build on does not provide unrestricted source-code export, we tell you before you buy.
10. Guarantee and refunds
Our first-design guarantee lets you request a refund of the £199 design fee within seven calendar days of first-design delivery, before requesting revisions or approving further development. Refunded design work is not licensed for use.
This guarantee sits alongside, and does not replace, your statutory rights.
11. Cancelling monthly services
You can cancel hosting or website care with notice; it stops at the end of the current billing period. If you cancel hosting, you must arrange another compatible host to keep your website online. We will explain your migration options.
12. Liability
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party platforms, providers or content you supply. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Contact and changes
We may update these terms; the version and effective date are shown at the top of this page. The version in force when you order applies to that order.
